afternoon...

A Winter Weather Advisory for |snow remains in effect until 6 PM
CST this afternoon.

Snow will continue to fall through the morning into early
afternoon in a band from Maddock in southwest Benson County
through New Rockford to Valley City through southwest Cass County
to Wahpeton... .Fergus Falls and Elbow Lake. Total snowfall
accumulations of 2 to 4 inches can be expected from last night into
early afternoon. North winds of 15 to 25 mph will develop this
afternoon causing patchy blowing snow.

There is a sharp eastern edge to the snow... with the cities of
Devils Lake and Fargo likely to receive very little or no snow
while several inches fall just to its west. .

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means that periods of snow
will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered
roads and limited visibilities... and use caution while driving.
